“People reach out to a therapist when the coping skills they have used throughout life seem to no longer work. These critical moments are an important opportunity for change. As a Licensed Master’s Social Worker I work with individuals to use these opportunities to change the way they live in the world socially and behaviorally. I strive to create a supportive and honest environment, using the relationship developed between patients and myself to help them make lasting changes. Through my extensive training I can provide effective treatment for many problems, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues and adjustment disorders which include grief and postpartum depression”.
