“I practice a combined method of treatment utilizing both individual and group psychotherapy. Through this combined method, my patients are able to change unhealthy patterns that may have helped them in the past but interfere with current life. Through my own personal therapy work and postgraduate training, I have found that character change is possible but it takes particular ingredients. Time, commitment, and most importantly, the right therapist, are the keys to altering and creating a healthier, more satisfying life”.
